Everything was very good, but a few employees where not particularly friendly.

Excellent staff and location - they offered a lovely stay in their very nice hotel.

The staff were best and decent as well, would stay here again. The hotel had a central setting close to beach road.

I appreciated staff and location here. The room was stunning with hot tubs and had an iron, a work desk and TV. This was my such great stay during the holidays.

Had a nice stay here. Great service, really helpful staff, breakfast was healthy, bed was big. We loved our room that was compact. Restaurant was nice and spotless. It was good to have hot drinks in the roof top bar. Very central location, at a near distance from hernandez gallery tulum.

Location and drinks were very good, I enjoyed that. The room was bright, on lower floors. The breakfast had lots of fresh bread, fruit and eggs...

All in all, it was comfortable base for travelling to Tulum. Very central location, it was in a busy area. Very kind staff, great pool.

Eggs, breads and fruit provided for breakfast was great! It was in a central location, very close to mini bus stop.

The staff were terrific and that's why I recommend it. Room itself contemporary and functional. The staff did all they can for a really lovely stay. Hotel was walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Perfect location in the quite basic area, nice sized rooms, and accommodating staff. Freshly cooked breakfast and lots of goodies.

900 feet away there is La Malquerida. Chilled-out base for weekend in Tulum.
